The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is proud to announce that Peter Feiler was honored on January 29, 2009 at the Carnegie Science Center with its 2009 Information Technology Award. The Information Technology Award recognizes innovation in the development and commercialization of an information-technology-based solution resulting in significant business impact.

“The work that Peter has done has connected the SEI with and had an impact on organizations all over the world,” Paul Nielsen, CEO and director of the SEI said. “We are all proud of Peter’s contributions and the role he has played in bringing this important technology to industry.”
